Manager Kelley B. wow! Completely unprofessional, and just RUDE over the phone in July 2020. We spoke to Kelley regarding the possibility of planting a tree at the western end of Sunset Courtyard where our loved one is buried. Our family spends A LOT of time at the cemetery, we are talking daily visits, and there is not a tree in sight. Kelley was completely rude while merely asking about possibly planting a tree, we couldn’t even finish our sentence as she just kept shutting us down saying “no no , could you imagine if we just planted a tree everywhere someone wanted it “ Our family has several plots in sunset courtyard, obviously in hindsight we should have paid attention to the trees / shade. Over the last couple months in sunset courtyard , they actually have been replacing some of the old trees with new trees, which is exactly why we called now, to see if we could get one in our vicinity. There was just no reason for this manager to be so rude. A simple “I’m sorry, we can’t accommodate that request” with an explanation would do it. But like we said, she wouldn’t even allow us to finish our sentence, just kept interrupting us “no, no”. On a separate note, Mary Helen was very pleasant over the phone, tried to help the best she could. Also Manuel in maintenance is awesome and very caring. Also, this review is one star solely due to Kelleys behavior, not a reflection of the cemetery. Overall we do like Bellevue.

Beautiful and historic cemetery in the city of Ontario. Graves date back to the early 20th century. Probably the nost notable internment is George Chaffey, the founder of Ontario, California in the late 19th century.

As far as I know, most businesses start christmas decorating on December 1st but to make sure I am giving you the correct answer call the phone number for this location and ask someone or go to the office in person to find out.

I just called and they said that there will no holiday schedule this year. The only downside is they will have their regular cutting of the lawn. So in other words they have to be pickup before lawn mowing are they will get mowed down every week

Outside may go up by the 15th and in the Mausoleum they may go up now. However, they must come down by January 3, which is an OUTRAGE since Orthodox churches don't even celebrate Christmas until January 7, and the Catholic church celebrates until January 13.

Well I'd say probably around 7:30 or 8 but no later than that at my mom's cemetery they open at 7:30 am
