I DONT WANT THIS HAPPENS TO YOU GUYS!!! I wish there was 0 star to give them because even 1 start is too much. If you want your new 3000$ wheels on your new car look like these images, go to this carwash. I wish I would have read the comments before going there. I asked the person at carwash "are you sure it's not going to damage my rims? These are black color rims and new. The guy said "Yes, sir". I repeated my question again and he said "I am sure sir", while he was unscrewing my car antenna and hand it over to me. I came out of the carwash tunnel, tipped both guys who have hand dried my car and went back home to spray the tires myself and I found out both wheels on left side (exact side of carwash conveyor railing) are damaged and the rear one is much worse than front. I drove back to carwash again (in less than an hour) and informed the lady behind the counter. She took photos and said, the owner will contact you soon. He called once and said "I believe it's not because of us, but i will check the images again. After that, he was ghosting me for almost 2 weeks and hang up and reject my calls. He is very unprofessional and rude and keep saying we are not responsible in text only. After 2 weeks I called him and he rejected my call again what you are going to do for the damage your carwash has caused in both voice and text messages and he replied the text with "Damage was there before and we are not responsible". I sent him more photos and he kept saying "we are not responsible". I am going to file a complaint, not only because of the damages but also because of him being so rude and irresponsible for what he knows he has caused. I never write comments but I just wanted to WARN YOU ALL...!!!

Response to the companies response: Yes. I did go to this address and visited this place in the pictures. Your employee told me they don’t do any oil changes anymore at all. Only car washes. Either display days/times when your company don’t do oil changes or tell your employees to not misinform customers. I visited at 5pm on September 7th and would have received and paid for an oil change by now and not be writing this review. This company doesn’t do oil changes everyday as they advertise which is false advertising.
