Brooke aguilar was the one who helped us and not only made it feel comfortable, but a place we will call home. We are applying and strongly suggest experience yourself first hand.

Jessica was great but she should have told us we didn’t get the apartment the night before. We submitted all of our financials that morning because she was rushing us to do so but it was all a waste of time. She had our socials two days prior and could have ran our credit then. Instead, she waited two days to do anything, then Yardi denied us because of bad credit and we were sitting there with printouts of our bank statements for what? Jessica was personable and very nice. She however did waste our time.

The property managers pick and choose issues/communications that they want to address. We specifically told them when we signed our 6 month rental agreement that we would not be resigning. We were told just do not acknowledge any of the renewal offers sent to us in the portal. We left messages with the office a month prior to our rental agreement ending to ensure there was nothing else we needed to do since the lease does not provide an email or address to send a 30 day intent to vacate letter. We never received a response. Then they charged us $2000 for a month of rent because “we did not give proper notice”. Worst rental experience I have ever had!
