I don’t typically wash my car as I use the hand wash in Temecula. Every once in awhile when my car is extra dirty which is not too often. I usually tell the person in the kiosk that if it isn’t clean can I run my vehicle back through and it’s usually not an issue in Temecula. But, today I decided to use the one in Murrieta and the service was mediocre. I asked the attendant the same question and they called three people over to give me a want to be response. Telling a patron “ run it through, and we’ll see if it gets the grime gets off” and “ we’ll see where we’re at” as if he was going to give me a discount to run my vehicle through again after I just paid for the platinum wash. I let him know before hand that the car sits under a tree. He gave me every excuse instead of saying yes or no. It’s not that hard to take care of your patrons. We decided to just go through the wash, vacuum our vehicle and leave and never return. They lost a potential customer as my wife works in Murrieta.

I really like this car was. The monthly prices are fair and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The $19.99/mo will leave your car with water in the winter though…it doesn’t include the towel dryer at the end.

Absolute garbage car wash. $14 for my truck to look like it was maybe sprayed with a hose. Residue and dirt everywhere. That's their high end wash? Manager blamed the bad wash on my roof rack cross bars and said the attendant turned off the brushes. If those brushes can damage 500lb capacity roof cross bars, they would likely damage your whole car.

Just look at the photos. This was AFTER a "normal wash" (not the cheapest not the most expensive ~$15). It would be cleaner if I just drove it in the rain. To be fair, the car was dirty with pollen and hadn't been washed in ~3 months but come on. I had to stop at a gas station autowash and it's a huge improvement compared to this place.
