Warm Spring Knolls 55+ is a great alternative Housing in the Murrieta area. Each lot is owned. You pay a reasonable HOA that includes trash pickup. And very low property taxes. One woman commented it looks like “Disneyland”. There is a lot of pride of ownership here! Some lots have garages, golf course views, Mountain View’s, RV parking. A real desirable place to live. There are three club houses and each has an active board of directors passionate about the safety and condition of the grounds. And the prices are very reasonable. I was on the WSK Board 2017-2019. And I can answer CC&R question. One person must be 55+ and the second can be 45+. Limit of two pets. Call me today for more information and to see homes available for sale.

The view was the only good thing this association. The place is a disaster. It’s a place for retirees but it’s a place of terror. No one is checking on these elderly residents . The complete association is dirty. Do not let your parents or grandparents stay bc they might not make it
