If you are locked out, do NOT call this company. They will transfer you to a partner and you're on your own with that third party locksmith. On their website they say they do not take any cash payments but when the locksmith came to unlock my girlfriend's car, the Smith was very rude and unprofessional. He was demanding that she pay him cash, told her to walk to an ATM to get cash or Venmo him. Yet KeyMe says they take credit card payments only. I'm guessing the Smith didn't want to take a card payment because KeyMe probably gets a cut of any services rendered. Reasonable and makes sense. But payment systems need to be consistent then. Kinda feel like we were scammed. It shouldn't cost $189 for unlocking a simple locking system on a 2008 Honda Civic. On your site you state get unlocked for the least amount possible. That is most certainly on the very high end of the spectrum for this service. At minimum we were treated like garbage by their business partner. KeyMe, vet your partners better. Make your payment processes consistent so it doesn't feel like a trap.
