Terrible. No one should ever call this place for help. I called for assistance to help open my apartment door. They couldn't do it. They sat there at my door raking the lock for 30 minutes. They don't even know how to lockpick. And after they couldn't open the lock they still charged me for coming. Trash. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Use a different lock smith. This system is such a scam. They refuse to give you a phone quote, and have to have a driver come see you. I asked the initial rep for a phone quote who refused. Then, i asked the driver for a phone quote before he was out and he refused (after I described that it was only the bottom doorknob lock not a deadbolt). It took them 5 min to get to my house, Then the driver charges you $30 dollars just to come out and give you a quote. Then the quote he gives you (not even considering the 30$ service charge) is higher than the total from any other locksmith in town. 5 min to open a door for $200. If u choose to go with a different locksmith then your still out $30 for them to tell you "yep, that door is locked." Scam service dont use their locksmiths. Also, he tried to get me to sign all of the payments before even telling me the total amount I would be charged, which I refused.
