The keys I made didn't work, at all. However, I still ranked it high because of the customer service, as, after I went back to the kiosk I used, I had less than a 3 minute call with a 15 second wait before I made my claim, and I got a full refund that same day. The person on the can also sounded like that kiosk would be fixed, and they knew what the issue with the machine was. While I couldn't get what I wanted (went to Home Depot to get my actual key copy), I would give them another chance. Here's hoping my next attempt works out.

Would not make a copy of my key, even though I had already switched transponder. Go to a real locksmith or hardware store

I locked myself out my apartment tonight and needed to call a locksmith. This was the closest place so I called. They came pretty fast and opened the door within minutes. Great service. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the price costed $150, whereas other places offer around $75. None the less, I’m glad to be back in my apartment.
