You call them and they pick up but do not say anything. Learn to say hello when you answer the phone. They will drop your call too which is ironic considering they don’t say anything.

The keys were very slow to make and the kiosk showed me a lot of ads while I was waiting. They also weren’t cheap but it was convenient and they work fine.

My daughter helps manage my rental. She is in Boston with the only extra key. She was able to enter it in Boston for me to make one in San Diego. The reason I did not give a better rating was because when I called the number on the kiosk the voicemail stated the she was unavailable. When I called the number from the app today I was told my call would be returned and not lose my waiting order if I did not stay on the line. A short time later I got a recording saying my call could not be returned. So I sent an email asking for a refund for the key that was ground down to nothing when I upgraded to smooth out rough edges. Eventually I got a key that worked. But haven’t heard about my refund.
