Use a different shipping company! ~ Obviously timely shipping, unloading, and delivery isn't one of their strong points. 10 days to receive my freight to Portland... Now they tell me 2-3 weeks minimum for my items to be unloaded from their truck before they are available for delivery. So basically, my product is being held hostage in their truck on their property 7 miles from my shop until they decide to unload it. Thanks Estes! **UPDATE** After the truck was unloaded it was discovered that my shipment was lost somewhere in Illinois... No one knows where my shipment is and my supplier is out of inventory. No apologies, no recourse, simply sit and wait and maybe one day it will arrive!!! Totally unacceptable! 2nd update...8/20 - Finally arrived. Package was completely destroyed and product unusable.

I got a horrible experience with this company. My shipment was expected 5 business days delivery. That needs to wait almost one month. Just total is two pallets, That was missing a pallet, No one told us that we were missing one. The driver delivered a pallet with 2 pallets BOL. After then, When you found something wrong with it. The customer service needs couple of days found a missing one that is still in the terminal. But no expectation will delivery the missing one.

I have been waiting for Estes to unload my goods for 2 weeks they keep telling me the trailer will be unloaded but won’t say how long it take to get that done. They never update their tracking. I am left with the same computer generated excuses. No one there will say how long it will take to Unload leaving me to believe they aren’t doing anything. A little honesty would be great.
