I wanted to buy myself a little gift for my Birthday the guy helping wasn't really no help he put a sign in front of the door way. So I had to wait for him to move it so I can walkout the door. I went straight to gucci and stood in line for an hour and bought me 2 purses. I don't deal with ignorance.

I called the store a couple of days before hand to ask if they process online returns. The associate I spoke with said they did. When I get to the store, I’m informed they do not accept online returns due to COVID-19. They associate was so rude. I explained I still would like to purchase a phone case and wallet. He went over to where the phone cases were located and was like this doesn’t fit your phone this doesn’t fit your phone. We have no cases to fit your phone. Did not want to help me at all. I was really discriminated against. Because of my skin. Then this awesome Manager stepped in. She helped find me iPhone case for my daughter and me. She was the most nicest person ever. Wendy turned the whole situation around and appreciate her kindness and helpful helpless. Wendy is the reason I’m giving four stars the one missing star because the associate was rude for no reason. Thank you so much Wendy for all your help.

Zach was the sweetest. He helped me all the way through to my purchase. Gave me some water since it was a hot day, as well. I love my new purse. All the staff was professional and kind.
