The medical staff (the doctor and his assistant) provided a great experience: they have great bedside manner and got the job done. The office receives two stars because of the overall operation / experience: the place is poorly run. The doctor's teenage son is walking around the office bragging about his big night partying and is generally obnoxious and spoiled. The front-of-office staff openly despise his antics behind his back. The accounting and overall management team cannot get an invoice or super bill out to save their life: when they realize that they have not responded to multiple inquiries in over a month, they call are threaten collections. Tacky. Tacky. Tacky.
