GREAT service and reasonable pricing - we were in a pinch top get the engine serviced on our new 2020 motorhome in order to stay within warranty guidelines (Ford Triton V10) . Would definitely come back when traveling thru SD 🙃

A couple months ago, while on vacation in San diego from Arizona, my starter on my generator went out. I found this place and had them do the repair. Seemed simple enough. 1 week latter the new starter stopped working. Now back in arizona, I could do the work myself. This is when I found out how bad this company really is. I would never let them touch anything of mine again. Not only did they loose a breather hose from my generator, they also cut my muffler hanger to drop the the generator rather than unbolting it, and never reattached my muffler to the rv, which left unfixed, I could have lost my muffler on the road. What more, the big one, they left the gear from the old broken starter in the generator, which had lodged itself into the new starter preventing it from working. I asked them about the digging sound when they started it, but they assured me it was nothing. (If you pull a starter out and its missing a gear, where might it be? In the flywheel housing. So what are you supposed to do? Pull it out before you install the new starter. Its that simple.) Its basic laziness. The mechanics don't want to be there, and don't like their job. So they do as little as possible and leave the customer to have to deal with the aftermath. Unless you have no other choise, I recomend you do not use this company to work on your rv. The office staff seem nice enough, but the laziness in the shop will leave you wishing you went somewhere else.

We were driving from Montana to Baja as new RV’rs and noticed we had a broken valve on our gray water tank. They not only took us in immediately, but they offered outstanding customer service making what could have been a stressful stop into a friendly visit. Staff are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Thanks to all the people at RV Specialist - you saved my Texas trip. We had been having on-going problems with our fridge for the last year. It finally gave out in early May of this year during a rally with our Discovery group. We brought the RV to this business to evaluate the fridge. They gave me two choices: repair the rusty parts with no way of telling how long it would last or replace it with a new one. They gave me a very competitive price on the new fridge and a very good installation cost (they had to remove a window to get the old one out and the new one in). The best thing was that they would squeeze me in their schedule and make it possible for us to make our Texas trip on time. Everything worked fine, we had ice for the first time in 2 years, and we were confident to leave for our trip the morning after we picked up our RV. Again, thanks for getting us taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable price!
