Had a 5AM appointment for a delivery. Arrived on time, backed me into door right away. 3 hours later still haven't even started on me yet. Lady in office says she doesn't know why it is taking so long. They already unloaded someone 3 doors down who arrived 45 minutes after me and he is gone. Get paid $ before coming to deliver as you might be held up.

Too slow loading takes for ever don't come here you will spend all day waiting to be loaded

Do not come here! Avoid like the plague! The guards are nice but the loaders have no sense of time. You will be here for more than 8 hours. I have been here 6 times in 2 months and it is always the same. Half the time they aren't even ready for you by your appointment time. You have to wait and wait and wait. If you can deny loads deny this one!

Ryder is just now starting up. New facility with staff in training. Workload isn't quite what they expected. Have a lot of adjustments to do yet. Be patient. It will get better. Almost to full staff and training becoming more efficient.
