Update: they have yet to find a solution and still haven’t responded to me asking when I’m going to hear back. Due to them blowing me off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I accidentally locked myself out of my condo. I got quoted over the phone no more than $200 for a door unlocking service. I had to keep calling to see where the service provider was after they told me he’d reach out. The man arrived and opened my door and charged me $264. I’ve been calling the company for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved and they keep saying they’ll get back to me and they haven’t. Avoid at all costs - they tell you a maximum price and overcharge you.

LIARS!!! I should have read the reviews beforehand, but ofcourse when you are locked out it's an emergency and go for the first in our google search. They said 29.99 on the phone for the visit, but when charging me they said 39.99!!! I told them that's not the quote you gave me on the phone and they got all defense saying they did, LIARS! Then charged me a 10.00 "Credit card fee" I have never heard of a business charging more than 3 bucks for credit card fee. They were just trying to round up my service to 200.00 !!!!! I just moved to San Diego and this is the welcome I get? Terrible to rip people off when they are in need of help!!! I would give ZERO stars but it won't let you post unless you select a star. I called my lawyer this morning, after reading all the reviews from other about being overcharged and lied too, he is going to take care of it !!!! I'll be getting my money back really soon!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HUGE RIP OFF! The locksmith himself was very nice and it was a quick and easy job. But I was told on the phone by the company it’d be $19 for him to drive out and then services start at $25 to pop the lock. I just locked my keys in my car, quick fix. The company then proceeds to charge me $90 for what literally took the man 2 seconds to fix. I tried to tell the locksmith that I thought the price was based on the job, so why am I paying DOUBLE the initial? He told me to speak with the company and the lady on the phone could not have been more rude. Mind you, it’s the night before Thanksgiving, I’m on the road with my dogs trying to go home to be with family and this happens. Tis the season to be a scammer I guess.
