Why is everyone fighting through reviews, it's obvious you guys were next-door neighbors at the apartment complex. And it's obvious that the 72 year old lady and her caregiving son we're not happy about the $50 late fee but if it's states in the lease that $50 late fee is mandatory you shouldn't be complaining , this kind of stuff drives customers like me away please Google if you read this, let everyone know that it's ridiculous to be using reviews for such cases.

I lived here for a year and it's been nothing but chaos after chaos. First, children or somebody, running/stomping through the halls, doesn't matter what time of day. Second, we had a very very rude neighbor blaring his music everyday could from 5am to 11am or all day, or in the dead of night, calling the cops on us when we're sitting on our couch on our laptops watching videos on the lowest volume. Or banging the ceiling. Third, the manager is nice as long as you're on her good side, but other than that, the professionalism and respectfulness is not there. Fourth, whoever lived beforehand or the fact the building is old, faulty everything. Faulty shower head, faulty bathroom sink, drawers coming apart, roaches sneak in [even in the dishwasher and shower], the walls are thin, jiggly door handle, etc. Lastly, the area. The fact that it's gated, it's good and safe. Hemet, itself, is not. The nearby hospital will take from 4-7 hours of wait time, there's infestation in at least 2 or 4 places, the chain restaurants like Taco Bell or Mcdonalds does not care for the customers all time; there's just lack of justice, respect, kindness, and integrity in this town. And I'm glad I'm not living here anymore. No one should be stressed nor suffer living here. The only good thing about this place is the pricing.

The landlord favors other tenants and let's them.throw parties and have lots of dogs... Meanwhile you have my grandmother who is 78 years old when SSI check got delayed she didn't care at all she still charged my grandmother a 50$ late fee even though it wasn't her fault..... She drunk half the time and rude and volger.... If you want to love here it is cheap but not worth the mistreatment you'll receive!
