Unfriendly people and the hors are ridiculous for the prices they charge. My rate has gone up 6 times in 1 year. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I've had a great experience with the Belton location. My belongings have kept dry and safe, I do like that they have scheduled hours the gate/units are accessible. I'd rather people not be allowed to go in and out all hours of the night. Definitely my favorite storage spot so far!

They allow folks to follow your vehicle inside of the security gates. I never feel totally safe while I'm here either.
