Iv recently moved into Park Place Town Homes and honestly best decision I could have made. The Landlord Theresa made it so easy to do all the paper work online and helped answer any questions I may have had prior to moving, she is an awesome landlord so nice!! Everyone that lives here are very nice and respectful kinda keeps to themselves mostly. The property itself is clean as can be which I love and it’s also gated which is a bonus that I like. In my honest opinion I’d totally recommend moving here the floor plans as well are quite big especially for the price. Hope this helps. :D

Park Place Townhomes is a Wonderful Community to stay in. The Townhomes are Very Nice and Clean. The Community is Nice and Quiet. I feel VERY safe here already with my family and I just moved-in yesterday. The manager (Teresa) at Park Place Townhomes is Phenomenal, she is VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, and she made sure my family and I were well taken care of. I will definitely recommend anyone here who's looking for a nice Townhome where they will feel safe and secure with their family.

I just have to say that even before I became a resident my roommate and I were treated with so much respect. Management went above and beyond for me and my roommate and made sure that she helped us through the hoops we needed to jump through. I have never felt a place such as safe, comfortable, and knowing that I am able to reach out when something goes wrong and it gets fixed that day. I feel comfortable with the neighbors in knowing that its a gated community and it is very quiet. I have already told many of my friends& family looking for a place to go I mention park place townhomes because of there wonderful environment and living. So I want to thank the management for making it a very comfortable and safe environment and I don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
