I have dealt with Sew Pro when Stwart was in Escondido and now I go to his shop in Oceanside. Good shop to have your sewing machine repaired and I also purchased one too. My Viking is working great just like new.

This store is such a rare place. I feel like I stepped back into the 70s as it is still a store that uses carbon copy receipts! The man that runs the store is very knowledgeable about vacuums and has been able to help me with repairs and bags and carpet cleaners. There is a whole sewing section with a lady who seems to also know her stuff. Hopefully this store will stay in business for many more years - although I always fear they will retire! I love the small town feel of this store. You can actually go in and have a great conversation. We need more stores like this!

After a year of owning a great little sewing machine I purchased from Sew Pro's, I ran into a little trouble getting the machine to thread properly. I brought the machine in, the owner took a look at it, and quickly confirmed it was simply in need of regular maintenance and service. Thankfully Sew Pro's offers a 2-year warranty on their machines, so the repair ended up costing me nothing and I had the machine back within a few days. Thanks to Len for being so personable over the phone and getting my machine back to working like new!
