Key Martial Arts offers a unique and exciting approach to martial arts. Their program is designed to encourage children to learn martial arts skills in a positive atmosphere. My grandchildren having been attending Sensei Polack and Mrs Sensei Polack classes for some time and besides improving their physical skills, they also feel more confident. Every time I pick them up I can tell they had a great time! Check out their classes, you will be glad you did.

I cant say enough about this Dojo!! While it started out just for my middle son, all 3 of my children now do Karate! Mr. And Mrs. Sensei are both wonderful! My 10 year old daughter has learned so many leadership skills and both my sons, 8 and 5 are better disciplined due to karate. Key Martial Arts is the best decision we made for their extra curricular activities!!

Best thing about Key Martial Arts is Mr. and Mrs. Sensei! They make you feel like you are part of the family whether in or out of the facility. All the kids just love them both. The teen assistant is a hit or miss in and out of classes. Definitely not the right person for teaching kids based on many parent assessments, but might be a good helper with bare basics. This place could use another adult on busy days. We would try it again if back in the area.

My grandchild attends Key Martial Arts and loves it! Both Sensei and Mrs. Sensei are great role models for young children. The Sensei is always firm yet fair with the children to instill that discipline they need. Mrs. Sensei is always kind and gentle with the children to show them that confidence they have in each child. They treat everyone like family always addressing everyone with a smile and sincerity. What a great duo! What a great experience for all! I urge everyone to check out a class you will be happy you did.

Questions & Answers

Roughly how much do you pay a month for a child to take classes? The reviews I read are amazing, but we are a large family and are on a budget. Thanks in advance!

Hello, It depends on what ages and how many people will be signing up. If you could give me that info, I can answer the question better. Thank you Matt

Hello, Our main style is American Kenpo, but we do have a few Aikido throws mixed into our system.
