My car inconveniently would not turn over and I had it towed to the closest shop around(which was tires plus.) I had no appointment and showed up mid day. The staff greeted me immediately and took my information and said they would look at my car as soon as possible. I was sure it would be a couple days until it was seen but literally the next day Patrick called me with great news about my car! He was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend tire plus to my family and friends!

Recently found myself at Tires Plus after an Allen wrench got lodged in my tire at the adjacent Home Depot parking lot. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They didn’t have my tires in stock, but got the spare on and let me leave the car there while I figured out who could get the tires my car needed given supply chain issues. Thanks Pat, Paul, and team!

There’s a new team at Tires Plus and they are fantastic! I was able to walk in and easily get my tire repaired at a super reasonable price. The manager is terrific and really puts customer service first. I’ll be back!

Was in a bad spot and needed new tires asap. Set an appointment online. Never received confirmation email, so I called to confirm. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, then when they finally picked up, said they needed me to verify if I had a 1.8 or 2.0 liter version of my car. I asked if they could just check to see if they had both in stock and they told me they would call me back. They never did. I called twice and they never picked up. I even emphasized to the woman on the phone that I desperately needed their help. Ended up going to a local spot instead. Won't be taking my business there anytime soon.
