I am writing this for my mother. She had a terrible experience with this guy and doesn't know how to leave a review. From her mouth. This guy is a thief. My mower wasn't starting, the pull cord was getting stuck. So I took it to this shop and before the even had it out of my truck he was telling me my 90 day old lawn mower had a bad engine. This is before he even touched it mind you. It was just grass under the bottom that I noticed when I was taking it out of my truck. I pulled the grass out and turned right on. He didn't even touch the mower and harassed me to pay him $20. He was telling me he was going to call the police on me and getting in my face if I did pay. Im an elderly woman and was scared for my well being. Please don't go here and support him.

I'm very disappointed, brought my mower in last Friday was told he would call me on Tuesday, no call, I called Wednesday, no answer, I called today a week after I brought my mower to him, he still hadn't even looked at it. He had great reviews, I don't know what changed.

So let me tell you about my review and why i gave it 5 stars.. I live in Temecula and i had a few machines given to me by my neighbor but some weren't running so i called a few places and some that i couldn't reach i had to go in person so i played my homework and some of these places wanted to charge me $180 a tuneup i was like what it in the name!! So a few days later i ran into a random gardener in Temecula around my neighborhood and he mentioned valley lawnmower was the best to get this issue fixed for the right price, fast, and good service so i thought about it a day and i realized my grass and other things around my house needed to be maintained before a birthday party for my 5 year old son..so i said f%#k it let me give this shop a chance after reading the other reviews on here and what the guy told me...so i drove taking a chance on gas and time for this shop and sure enough the price was GOOD and this man was FAST and HONEST! Gosh what a penny saver! This is my first review and i must admit it was worth every penny i spent. Good job! thanks gilbert you are a friend now.
