My recent visit at BMW of El Cajon for my 328 was a great experience. Chris Harlan is very professional, courteous and extremely efficient. He explained the details of the work to be done, cost estimate and got me out in a matter of 15-20 min in my vehicle loaner. It was very impressive! Everyone seems to work very well and is respectful of our time. When it comes to delivery of service, BMW of El Cajon do not disappoint and I’d give it a 5 star rating!

I had an amazing experience working with Chelsea and Lily at BMW of El Cajon. I live in the Central Valley and had the opportunity to work with Chelsea on getting approved over the phone/online. She was responsive and professional. I greatly appreciate her taking the time to send me pictures and videos of the vehicle I was inquiring about prior to making the long drive to San Diego. Chelsea was honest and transparent about the vehicle as it had a couple of minor scratches when u asked about it. When my daughters and I got to San Diego, the purchasing process went smoothly and quickly. Lily did an excellent job understanding my needs and did not pressure me in purchasing extra packages when I declined. It was awesome to see and work with both ladies, as it is not often you see this (female employees) at dealerships. They made it an positive, inviting experience and not an intimidating, stressful one. Thank you again ladies! My daughter is loving her new vehicle! Lots of love from the Central Valley!

It was Electrified tonight! The unveiling of the 2022 BMW hybrid and electric! Beautiful and fast! Did I mention fast?! The 2022 i4 and iX at 335 to 536 hp for the i4 and the iX at 516 hp. It was a great show with DJ Greg from Maximum Impact Productions, catering for food, drinks, deserts and the best barista coffee! It was an awesome show and the new designs are a show for sure! By far this has been the best experience at a dealership. I worked with both Chad and Paul. Chad made it easy starting the process through text. He easily worked out the numbers for me and made sure the vehicle looked presentable when I came in. Chad kept me updated throughout the day on the status of the vehicle which I definitely appreciated. Paul was awesome, if you come in to buy a vehicle he’s the one to go to. He made my experience here memorable. He paid close attention to my standards and treated me more as a friend than just another buyer!! Definitely recommend this dealership!!!

Alan Quade It would be ur biggest mistake to do any kind of business With elcajon BMW. They're very deceitful, conning, Liars, crooks,. Do not trust them or go near that place.that ripped me off so bad in July I leased new BMW from them.they get ur head spinning n confused, they'll show u on paper what deal is before u go up to finance n then when go up there it's sign here n there.This is what ur sales person promised u. I stayed just for u so we have to do this fast, im sure u don't have time to read pages of tiny words it would take an attrnoy to understand it but I don't have time either Finance person says, but no need everything is as promised by ur sales person ALBI N HIS MANGER! I had $3500 in rebates n BMW Loyalty customer SO that will cover all fees to drive away with ur new car nothing out of pocket..after signing docs Finance person ask me for my credit card so she can charge $3500 on it. She said it well be reversed we have to show it this way on docs$3500 stolen gone!!
