I’m very very mad I went to get a simple alinement from this place I pick up my car it had been treated with Total disrespect they messed up my car it was worse when I came to pick it up than when I had brought it in when I’m on the high way the car now makes a squeaking sound when driving at high speed also my alignment was done so bad it’s criminal my steering wheel was completely crooked to top it all off I was lied to about other issues with the car that it didn’t have when I let them know they were completely disrespectful about it when they offered for me to bring it back in I said no thanks I don’t trust them! I had to go and pay another play to fix the mistake that they made! And to make it all worse my car still makes the squeaking sound! What did you guys do?

Had my brake fluid exchanged and was told by Either Daniel or Christophe that I needed my rear brakes done. Would cost $524.00. Told him not at this time. Took my car to Roy Wheeler on Greenfield. They told me my brakes were at 50% and I didn't need to have them done. They didn't even charge me for the work to find out. I wouldn't trust Pep Boys here and will never return there again.

Will never go back there again. Went to get an alignment done didn't even call to say it was done. Then they adjusted something on the right side and said something was sized on the left why did they even touch the car then picked up driving up Broadway in el Cajon my car was shaking pulled over the tie rod was loose and now it's striped out to wear I can't even get a wrench on it the nut that was on the tie rod was loose I was on my way to pick up my son from school I live in the mountains thank God I didn't have him in the car or got on the freeway took it back and they tightened it but they should've seen it or test drove if before they parked it which they didn't cause I say them pull it out of the bay and parked it its funny because I replaced upper and lower controls on it and it didn't have a camber kit on when I replaced them I know because I had Firestone do my last alignment and they did it just fine now my steering is worse then it was last time I ever go there.

This store is great, always very efficient and not too busy. Came for routine oil change, was easy to schedule and plenty of availability. Unlike the other store neaby they have great waiting area, and it was Olympics on which was nice to watch while waiting for the car. They also inspeced my breaks without additional charge. Definitely highly recommended.
