The reason I stopped using the R2K Range after my first hands-on practice with my handgun was because during my first visit, an R2K Range employee assured me that I would be able to use an outdoor range for my handgun. And that with my permanent membership in this club, I won't have to pay extra for every hour. I agreed to be a member of this club for 3 years and paid the dues of $140. However, the next day when I arrived for practice, I was only offered an indoor shooting range for an additional $10 an hour. I realized that I was deceived. When I entered the indoor shooting range, I felt a strong concentration of exhaust powder gases in the shooting room, which clearly exceeded all permissible safety standards for the shooters who were in this room. I am sure that any oncologist will confirm this fact! The presence of a high concentration of powder gases in a closed room, with insufficient ventilation, can lead to the development of oncological diseases of the people there! These facts led to the end of my relationship with R2K Range! Taking into account the fact that the services offered to me by the R2K Range do not correspond to the guarantees that were previously offered to me, and being in a room filled with a high concentration of powder gases is a danger to my health, I have decided not to visit the R2K range and claim a refund of the $140 I paid. p/s If I could send reviews without one star, then I would not put it!

My husband and I have been members here for a long time. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and associated instructors. We have always have had a great and positive experience here.

Been a member here for years and years. Used the trap 2-3 times weekly. I understand that during covid that impacted things. But, After almost 2 years I must say I’m very dissatisfied that the trap ranges have it reopened on the weekends. Only being available for 2 hours mid day on Fridays, by appointment is so restrictive makes it useless, frankly that’s a joke. Can’t understand nor do I accept the excuse they can’t man up with staff. Unbelievable lack of service to members. Management doesn’t seem to care about us old timers that have been loyal. That goodness Lemon Grove Rod and Gun can provide staff and has been open all during Covid. My membership dues there have value no longer offered at P2k.

The staff here is very friendly. The place lives true to the motto that it's everyone's place to shoot. Anywhere from the most beginner shooter to those that are well rounded there is a place for you at this establishment. Susan and Ken are very knowledgeable and always answer any questions you may have. The 100 yard range has been remodeled and ls stunning.

I do not work at the P2K Range but have used their facility many times. I have seen children has young as 9-10 years old there with their fathers. I recommend calling P2K to confirm their policy. I do know you and your father will need to pass a written safety exam before you can use the range.
Yup! I have 6 felonies and I got a shooting card there. Staff is great, rage is great, price is fair. Have fun!
Yes. They do not have that gun available to rent, but you can bring your own ammo.
No they don't. I asked before. However they do get "points" from large gun manufacturers over the course of the year based on sales of that manufacturers products. These points allow them to get free stuff from said manufacturer at the end of a fiscal year. All of that said I've never been pressured there by any staff to buy anything extra I didn't want. I've only found them to be helpful and courteous.
Yes, both the 100 & 25 yard indoor are wheel chair accessible as well as the both the out door ranges provided your chair can travel on gravel / un even dirt. One of the out door ranges is paved, but the lower field is gravel and dirt with connect strips to denote range length.
I haven't been in a while but I seem to recall you could. There may be some restrictions. Unfortunately, I'm not 100% sure.
License is enough (Drivers).
Yes.. You just have to buy the ammo on site
Better to call them
If it isn't California compliant then they wont allow you to shoot at their range for their license regulation purposes
Guns Guns or Guns
They'll welcome you with open arms. Great been going here since 2005

First hour is $14 every additional is $10. Each lane can have additional shooters for $10 per person.
