Dr. Tran was friendly at all and didn't seem interested in answering questions. Wait time is pretty long and there is not enough chairs.

I've had three visits to this office. One was for purchasing glasses, second for picking them up. Third was for an eye check. I was not happy about how long I waited for my first visit. My third visit was timely and Dr. S. Patel was thorough. He explains what he's doing and answers questions. I had seen him a few years back at the National City office where I first met him and realized he was a very good doctor. (Minus one star for the lengthy first visit.)

They are always super kind! And Dr S Patel always takes his time explaining everything to me. He also challenges his staff (as a teaching)! Would highly recommend then to everyone! I Won't go anywhere else!
