Scott was extreme professional and listened to my concerns. He showed me and explained to me, his concerns in a way I could understand. He was on time and took as much time as it needed to help me understand my plumbing issues. I truly appreciate the honesty, work ethic, time and dedication Scott gave me. Both employees were polite and professional. The service was great my only concern was according to them they did a follow-up to my original request for service and supposedly left a V/M which I never got. Seems like when they didn't receive a confirmation from me they would follow-up but they didn't. With all that said they did still honor the scheduled service appointment. I have gotten estimates from this company before and in my opinion their prices are a bit high.

I was so impressed with every single person that I came into contact with from Anderson. Our older AC unit bit the dust and we had to completely replace it. Anderson was able to come out next day to inspect and give an estimate. Eden was amazing. She was so thorough in explaining the different options for us. The installation crew was able to come the next day. Pauly and his guys were phenomenal. Professional and skilled in what they do is an understatement. I loved how they made sure to put plastic and mats everywhere to keep my house clean. You couldn’t even tell they were there after the left. We now have an energy efficient AC and a great warranty to go with it. We can’t thank everyone at Anderson enough! I highly recommend!!!!

Despite missing our appointment time ( our fault), Anderson re-scheduled on the same day and had a technician come out in about an hour. The technician (Fernando) was very professional, cordial and efficient. He also spent time explaining the work and some preventive tips. Thanks for the professionalism!

Anderson air just installed a new a/c & heating unit today in my house 3/4/19 I am very pleased with them ,their worker & price.
If there is another company willing to give you a total price, you can always compare it to our total price.
They are amazing. We replaced everything to do with the heating and air conditioning and this year they came out and replaced the thermostat for free. It was still under warantee. Do not let anyone talk you into the HERO loan program. I did a refi and it cost me about $40,000.00 because it was being paid out of my escrow account and the VA would not let me do an interest rate reduction loan because of the HERO loan. My loan amount would not have gone up and I could have saved about $800.00 a month. Instead I had to do a conventional loan and only saved about $500.00 a month and added about $40,000.00 to my loan.
