We got BLT's, fries, and a shake. Sooo good! The food is always amazing and service is good. This BLT was probably one of the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly. It's a must try if you've never tried it!

Ordered A Mexican steak Dinner plate on the drive thru. Cashier repeated the order (Steak, with rice and beans. ) and a order of fries. I then came home and got this instead. I called to let them know, and the floor manager/shift supervisor was beyond rude and unprofessional, she kept hanging up on me and said you can call back tomorrow to speak to the manager on duty. She then said don't waste your time she won't do anything, and started being so rude. I am a bussiness owner and come to this place about 4-5 Times a week. I would totally fire this individual in an instant. All I know is that they just lost a loyal customer. It makes me sad to know there are unprofessional individuals taking on customer service roles, and are rude as can be. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this and knows exactly what is going on at their bussiness. Thank you Maria

I just had the strangest experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive thru and ordered a ribeye steak sandwich. The photos on the menu had steak, tomato, lettuce, etc between a bread roll. I get home and open my food and see this. I call and I am told that the only way to resolve the issue is to save the sandwich and bring it back when I’m in the area, for a refund. What in the world?! So basically eat nothing tonight because of their error and save the sandwich if I want any kind of resolution. This is ridiculous. So looks like my son and I will be eating fries for dinner tonight and saving this mysteries meat sandwich to get our money back.
