I eat breakfast here a lot. Most days they forget items on my order. When you bring it to their attention, they are rude. They never try to make it better for the customer. I drove 3 miles back for an item they forgot today. Terrible McDonald's. Avoid this one!

This was not an enjoyable experience from the taste of food the way the mngr handled my issue and finally the dining room was filthy

Second time in a row to get skipped over in the drive thru, no long line of cars either. Must have to have the radio blasting to be acknowledged. Thought I would just order at the pick up window with exact change, that sent everyone into a tailspin! Finally a manager reluctantly blessed the transaction. Incompetence in full, glorious display! I won't be wasting my time there anymore.

DO NOT use the curbside pickup option. I have tried it several times now and its always the same thing. They take soo long to bring out your order and they enter in the app as if they alreqdy handed you your order but they havent yet. Its always the same problem. Durning breakfast and lunch. Its ridiculous. I always have to get out of my car and pick it up even though its for curbside pickup. They need to improve this
