They Are still on holiday hours. So i believe they close At 1700
This gym does have some of the equipment you are looking for but not so much strong man...there are other facilities on Bragg that may have that like stout gym etc COVID has put a damper on fitness on Bragg

Only military, dependents, retirees and DoD civilians with MWR privileges are allowed.
Yes you will need to sign them in at front desk and they will need ID, they don't need DOD ID, if they have that no, reason to sign in
