Only mobile for now. Very busy guy so be patient. Said he might get another store. The guy is solid though bro. Really intelligent guy. Knows his stuff! Very straightforward and i know thats hard for los angeles type of people. But at least you know what you are getting. I will always rather give my money to people like him. Price is always good. .. man thanks for everything. He was talking about leaving california, hope he doesnt, we need him. Ive gotten a semi tractor key and car key made here. His copies were better than my original. Educated me. Just call and ask for what you need and when you call, have your sheet together. Cause people love wasting other peoples time LOLOL SMH. Update: Been to this guy a few times. 2x at the store and 1x mobile. Hes going to ask you to send a pic and stuff. Theres no appointment made, its just when ever its convenient for him, doesnt reply to text fyi. At your own risk. Not exactly reliable. Have to have patience and be okay with him not possibly coming. I ended going to a different place after waiting 1.5 days. Gave him a heads up as my deadline was approaching & nothing. Had to last minute scramble bc i trusted him too much.

Went in today to make 2 copies of my house key, gave him my set of keys because I was having a hard time getting the key off. Total was $12. I gave him my debit to pay, he said only cash or spend over $20, I advised ill go get $ out across the street, I didn't wna buy unnecessary stuff, he said NO he Closing (time was 5:56pm) shop hours say close at 7. Long story short because i couldn't pay $12 cash right then and there HE KEPT MY KEYS HOSTAGE!!! which had my car key n house key attached! He then force me out the shop locked the door n went in his van. I had to call the cops to get my keys back.. thank GOD he didn't leave . once cops got there I had to Walk with my kids to bank to get out $12 . SMH. . He was a A HOLE !!

Great service! Friendly! I have an old safe. I know the combination and have the key. I just didn’t know the turn sequence; how many turns this way, how many turns that way.... I tried every permutation I could think of. Right away they were eager to help me. They came out to my truck (didn’t require me to move the heavy safe into their business), gave it a couple of tries, got on the internet and found the turning sequence and opened my safe! Thanks so much. I’ll be coming here for all my future keys and security needs and support this local small business! Polite and NO CHARGE! Smart business people! BTW, it was like Geraldo Rivera opening Al Capone’s safe-empty.

Accidentally locked myself out and AAA called in American. The fellow responding was informative and helpful. Got me back into my home. Went to there store to have new locks keyed alike. Everything was smooth and professionally handled. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
