I really wanted to like this clinic but I just couldn’t with how rude and unprofessional they are. Interrupting while co worker and patient are having a conversation to ask “if she got her lunch already” and the girl says “I’m stuck here” like if I’m the one to blame for her not getting her lunch. Save your time and go elsewhere unless you really have nowhere else to go. Also don’t be late. They will cancel you’re appointment and reschedule a whole month out.

Can never get through on the phone on the number listed on line for this location. Information on the portal is inaccurate they called to let me know my dentist app is for the pico rivera location and on the portal it reflects a different location so I don't even know where I should be going. The wait time is always longer than what they actually see you in for ridiculous.

Horrible place. I had two bad experiences with this place. The closest urgent care near me (7miles away) and I swear this is the last time I ever come here. First time my concern was brushed off as dramatic and I was right. This time I was treated like negligent parent. BUT they never informed me about results and when I called was told there wasn’t anything in the system.

Altamed on Slauson in Pico Rivera is one of the best Doctor offices. The receptionists are courteous and when I have an appointment I wait no more than 30 minutes to see a doctor. The nurses are friendly and very helpful. My doctor answers all my questions and I never feel like I'm rushed so he can get to the next patient. They do lab work, x-rays and mammograms here so I don't have to go somewhere else. The offices are very clean and have hand sanitizing stations throughout the building. The security personnel are helpful answering questions and making sure people social distance.
