Worst care givers you could imagine. I been on hold for over 3 hours just to get out back on hold. They are alway too busy to help you. I got turned away from 2 of there urgent care (commerce and West Covina locations) due to max capacity. I ended up going to PIH hospital (my insurance doesn’t cover all cost here) and was told Alta med has to give me a referral to a orthopedic surgeon to get the help I need. Had to wait little more than an entire week with a fractured knee to get my referral! They put me out for the entire month of January and Alta med is “suppose” to help me sign up for disability and here I am Jan 10 barely starting the enrollment process! Don’t even wast your time with this place. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a more caring medical center

I have never had any problems here. I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Carlos Perez Rodriguez! He is very thorough and always takes his time with you and listens to you. Sometimes I have to wait a bit to see him because he always runs a little behind but that's because he doesn't rush his patients out the door so he is absolutely worth the wait because I know I won't be rushed either. He has a great bedside manner and I hope he stays there as long as I am around because I don't want any other doctor treating me!

Just walked out had my appointment for my kids at 4 and 420. If I dont go ask about going in they won't call me. I was then told that I would have to wait 40 minutes more bcuz the doctor was still busy. I asked to reschedule and was told that they didn't have a day available until march. I'm changing doctors and never coming back here. This never happened when doctor poliboy was here.

Discriminated. I had an appointment yesterday at 9:20am. I got there about 5 minutes late. The receptionist said i was late and would check in with the office to see if the can still see me. They said yes so she then tells me theres 2 people ahead me. I see about 4 people called so i decided to leave. I felt discriminated cause i was white and because i was late 5 min. Even when u have an appointment and your there 15 minutes early they call you 30 minutes after and they want to complain im there 5 minutes late. Not worth my time
