Terrible customer service guy at stand threatened me and showed me he had a gun called and asked if they Had $80 ounces they said they did I come in apparently the safes locked and they only have $30 ounces. Terrible flower over prices concentrate

Amazing product. Just remember that you get what you pay for, so it may be a little more pricy here but the quality is worth it. This business doesn't need to push 25 dollar ounces because they sell it just fine without having to lower the price all the way just to get it out the door. We have found our second favorite dispensary so far and trust me we have tried almost all of them. Holla!

4.5 stars can be misleading. Customer service experience was awful, right upon entering. 1st time in and choose specifically by reviews. The lady (receipt name Jade M.)seemed bothered or having a rough day. Okay, I understand coming from the same profession, tried to converse to lighten the mood cause it seemed awkward and as if I was an inconvenience. But proceeded giving benefit of the doubt. But to only still get short responses and seeming rushed. Said the 1st product I needed then right away she rung up and gave me a total , didn’t bother to ask if that was it or something. I was in need of accessories too but unfortunately they were out so proceeded to go back to check out , Due to that experience transaction rushed and no chance to have her apply my veterans discount. Asked again about discount, once she handed me my change. To only be told I have to mention it before. And that there’s nothing she can do. I’m pretty understanding but she was not empathetic, the least, it would’ve been fine but just an inconvenience to her and a quick bye the entire time, just felt awful the entire time and unwelcome . i called to speak with a manager by the name I of Bri , and asked what exactly I should expect, I have never had issues at dispensaries for this, upon checking in they usually catch it before I even get a chance to mention it, but I guess that may be my fault but Native Roots is the best for taking care of me ; after asking she just implied oh , uh, um, well for the discounts they have to be mentioned before. At least sound a little more confident on the phone so I don’t feel like I’m a joke. Thanks

You will need a STATE ID, but not a Colorado ID or a prescription. Please note, dispensaries do not take employee or schools IDs, and some will even refuse passports.
It might be a good idea to just call before you get there so you don't waste your time!
