I've had pretty good experiences at this branch. Compared to other branches this is a five star one.

I was surprised to learn that I could not deposit cash into my daughter's account. My daughter was on vacation and needed a little extra money deposited in her account so she gave me her account number and I headed to this location. #1 - There are drive-through ATMs and a business lane so without a card you will have to go inside. #2 - With no actual drive-through for the common folk, you will have to go inside. Be prepared to stand in line for a while. #3 - Once inside I learned that depositing cash into my daughter's account was not permitted. What I was told was, cash is only accepted if you are depositing it into your own account. Since I do not bank at Wells Fargo, I was unable to deposit the cash. This appears to be another business cutting back on the number of people they employ by turning to automation. I think I'll stick with my bank.

I sell cars at O'Meara Ford and had to come into this branch with one of your customers to get bank statements today. We were immediately greeted by Marius Bocco and I have to say that you have a gem in this guy. Marius is one of the most personable and nicest people I've ever met. He even wanted to go outside to see the new truck that my customer was buying and was just as excited about it as my customer! I hope this review makes it to the top of this branch because Marius needs to be recognized as a true asset for Wells Fargo. God Bless

Do you take loose change?
You need an appointment to open your safety deposit box, so I would guess you would need an appointment to get one. Not 100%, so I would call them. Hope I helped!
