1 star for being close to my house and 1 star for the dryers that actually dry my clothes. The washing machine didn't get my clothes clean. I could still see dirt on them. The app is temperamental. Sometimes it will work great, other times it will indicate an unused machine as being used, other times it doesn't work at all.

I think the machines are overpriced. But the place is clean unlike other laundry mats so honestly it evens out. Love that the machine are all brand new. And I love the function of being able to rinse the machine before I use it. So honestly it's a good place to do laundry if you don't have too much clothes to do.

It depends on the size of the washer. The biggest washers are $5.50 per load, then $4.25, then $2.50 for the more regular size ones. It is $0.25 per ten minutes to dry.

Dina, our 104th and Huron location does not currently have card readers on the washers or dryers, but we can run your credit card for you and give you cash back if needed. We are updating our machine, and expanding the 104th location beginning this week, so in August we will have card readers on all washers and dryers for your convenience. However, our 88th and Pecos location does have washers and dryers that have card readers on them if that would be more convenient for you today. Thanks, TLS
