This is a great hotel, one of the better best westerns Ive stayed at. The only negative thing I found was there are no locks on the bathroom doors and my daughter wasn't comfortable using the bathroom in our room. The breakfast was the best Ive had at a hotel, ever. I was impressed. The front desk staff were extremely friendly (Jan I think) and every single house keeper smiled and said good morning as they walked by me.

Had a great stay. Jane, Manager, went above and beyond. Making reservations, checking in was so easy. The rooms were clean and quiet. The Breakfast was the best we have ever had with so much to choose from. There is a Perkins right on site. A small bar with gaming machines with great service located on site too. Housekeeping was delightful and very very helpful. When we come back we will stay again!

When we went to turn down the sheets for bed we found miscellaneous hairs found miscellaneous hairs and debris in each of the beds. We ended up having to request new sheets from the front desk and change the sheets ourselves. There was no apology from staff. Also the hallway smelled like a sewer and we could not get our room temperature below 74ﾟ. Also I will never forget the view directly from my room into the gym. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is at the bar staff and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful also the breakfast was decent.

Positive: Very clean and quiet. Had a very comfortable bed. Close to all the restaurants. Very nice pool and hot tub. Negative: So because I am from Butte the manager didn't want to allow me to stay. It was just me and my friend from Billings. The front desk lady was amazing and used the billings address. While still letting me pay for the room.
