We have used this place for years but will no longer due to poor grooming and no customer service. When we picked up our little 7 pound toy poodle we thought she looked good and later started realizing that her cut was very uneven, she still had some mats and her toenails were very unevenly trimmed. My wife called and left two messages on their machine on the third call she was told that the owner Crystal was not in and they could not retrieve their messages from the machine and on the fourth call she was again told that the owner was not in and left a message. No one ever returned her calls which obviously tells us that when something is wrong they would rather hide and avoid discussing the problem with the customer. The young lady that my wife did speak with could only make excuses as to they were shorthanded and overwhelmed.

Took my yorkie in a few days ago to get groomed and once we got home I noticed she was acting weird. I finally checked her because she kept licking herself and I saw she had cuts on her. Pieces of skin missing !! Annie, at the funky poodle was her groomer. And she failed to advise me she had cut my dog. Not once but twice !!!! They did call me the next day to apologize and offer me 50% off her next visit. But no way ! Not worth it. My dog is traumatized!!! We're never going back
