A beautiful location at VERY high prices given management doesn’t know what service is. God forbid you get COVID there as we did. No help or even advise on what to do. They were very nice to deliver tissue and tea but forget about any assistance beyond that. And expect ZERO reply from management.

It is hard to overstate how incredible this place is. We spent 8 days here with our 3 boys (ages 5, 7, and 9). EVERYTHING here was exceptional. The estate home we stayed in was incredible. Spacious, comfortable, and every little detail is already thought of. It’s as if they know what we need before we have a chance to ask for it. One morning I thought that we were running a little low on firewood for the fireplace, and poof…after we get back from breakfast we were restocked with wood logs, kindling, and wax fire starters. Comfortable beds, a bath tub with jets actually worth using, and a well stocked kitchen (not that we used it very much). The food here is the best of any resort we’ve every stayed at, and we usually pick our resorts by the reviews on food. They spare no expense on food: wagyu beef, Snake River Farms ribeyes, king salmon…all of it was fresh and delicious. While the home and food were phenomenal, this place really shines in the activities. Everything from rappelling down a 180’ cliff to go carts to fishing to white water rafting…this was an outdoor dream. You’re doing all these activities in the most beautiful part of the country one could imagine. And not only are the activities themselves fun, but they are led by an incredible team of guides and teachers. We didn’t have a single guide that wasn’t absolutely exceptional. Let me say that again: EVERYONE HERE FELT LIKE HE/SHE WAS SPECIFICALLY HERE TO MAKE SURE WE HAD AS MUCH FUN AS POSSIBLE. The people who work there are really who make this place shine. Our family travels quite a bit, and our kids have already told us that this was their favorite vacation ever. Better than Bora Bora, the Dolomites, Disneyland, Hawaii…the best. There’s no doubt about it…this place is pricey. But it was worth every single dollar. We are already planning on trying to come back in the winter time to do some of their winter activities. This was as close to perfect of a family vacation as we could’ve asked for. There was zero time in front of a screen for any of our kids and they loved every second of it. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Amazing staff, food, activities and obviously the beautiful Montana backdrop. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I have not been here but I was considering it. I was warned by my travel agent that they have been struggling with staffing and have had a difficult time since Covid meeting guests expectations. Well, I didn’t even get through the booking process before I ran into these issues. It was difficult to reach someone to get answers to simple questions I had. Then, once the rep heard that I was working with an agent she almost refused to answer some simple questions I had. I’m not picky or high maintenance in the slightest, but this left a sour taste. I’m going to Mountain Sky instead!
