The customer service here was very good. The rooms, however, were disgusting. Reeked of cigarette smoke, got worse when the heater was on. The pillows smelled like they were dipped in tobacco. The beds creaked and popped so much I could hardly sleep. One bed was straight up broken. The floor was dirty, the towels were stained. I didn't even shower because of all the mold in the shower. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

I was checked in to a room at the end of A Wing and was told by the desk clerk that the outside doors were "more miss than hit." He wasn't wrong. Had to walk all the way back to the lobby more than once just to get inside. Also, the hallway smelled like smoke, which made the outside door issues that much more annoying. The room itself was fine, I guess. Bathroom fan was super loud and the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut. It was a business trip booked by my employer, but I'm going to ask to stay anywhere else in the future.

I've stayed here a few times and I absolutely love it here. The staff are very friendly and quite personable. The rooms have a rustic woodland theme with very comfy beds! It's clean and i wouldn't stay anywhere else in town!!!! Great pricing!

Overall this is not a hotel that I will stay at in the future. Outside the property appears to have had very little care. If there had been no cars, it would appear abandoned. We had to wait 5 hrs to get our room. Apparently 7 cleaners walked off the job a couple of days before our stay. There were only 2 people, manager and a maid, cleaning all the rooms. The young lady at check-in was doing a very admirable job. She explained what the issues were and apologized. She dealt with many cranky and abusive guests. Meanwhile, she is also trying to answer the constantly ringing phone. She finally had to leave the desk to help clean the rooms. While our room was basically clean, it was obvious that it was done quickly. One bed was missing the flat sheet. Definitely will not return.
