I’ve paid less for far better rooms. That place is a f****** joke. The day we checked in we found alcohol in our kids room. Melted ice cream in are fridge. Wallpaper falling off in both rooms. Fart fan sounded as if it were going to take off and fly away with missing blades. Tried multiple times to get a hold of this so called manager, even weeks later we tried and left messages for that worthless sob. Unable to find a district manager to contact to get our money back. We stayed one night out of two and were still charged for two nights.... holiday inn express that is across the street is by far a better stay and cheaper. Nothing not one good thing about the quality inn in butte MT.....
Good luck with that. I tried to contact the manager, Expedia tried (that's who i had booked through). I even called their head office and was told because they're independently owned, there's nothing they can do
Same here. My wife and i are in the process of trying to get a hold of the manager because they charged our debit card 2 days after we checked out. After we paid cash for the week that we were there. Good luck trying to get in touch with the manager.
Yep same with us. Rooms were terrible, very dirty outside, sidewalks all iced and full of snow.
We stayed at the Quality Inn Sunday, April 8. We found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Well worth it for the price
Well we never saw a manager, asked for one multiple times. Took us an hour to get in our room. 1st one had a filthy bathtub, 2nd one no heat. 3rd one better but no hot water and the toilet quit flushing.. no towels and when we asked for some they were damp. Desk was nice but no manager and will not return my calls for the last 3 days.!
I have never had a problem with getting one of the staff to help me whenever I needed it. The front desk clerk's have always taking care of whatever I needed immediately. Kat Dailey
