As we continued on our "out west" journey from NC, Three Bears was our next stop for a couple of nights, as we were going to explore all around Kallispell. Upon arriving, it was immediately apparent that we had probably made a mistake, as the park is very poorly maintained & very minimal effort is made to upkeep any part of it. After initially checking in, the park attendent was virtually nowhere to be found. We got set up & settled in after a long day of driving & were all ready for a shower. I'll preface this by saying that the bathroom/showers are the nicest part of the whole place, by a landslide. As we got to the showers, that's when we discovered that we had to pay to do so. That's right, $1.75 gets you 15 minutes of water....... never paid for a shower anywhere before. A couple of our family members showered in the RV, but the rest made our way to the office to get change so that we could pay for our shower, as it only takes quarters. Upon walking to the office for change, it was all locked up & nobody there, imagine that. We went to a local laundromat & got change to shower before going to bed. It's anybody's guess as to when the last time the dumpster was emptied (see picture), but we had to keep our trash for 3 days due to the condition of the dumpster. We try to be very mindful & respectful with our trash, but it's really hard when there's nowhere to put it. Park employee(s) seemingly vanished & it proved to be impossible to receive any direction or get any questions answered. I would recommend "boondocking" in any vacant parking lot you can find before paying hard earned money to exist in here. We'll definitely be coming back west again, but rest assured that we won't be back here & I wouldn't recommend it to any self-respecting human either.

Nice enough place, looks like they are working on keeping it up to date. Decent rate, at least compared to others in the area. Water pressure was so low as to be unusable, I filled my tank (took an hour) so I could use my on board pump to get enough pressure. Wifi unusable in the evenings when everyone is connected.

We had a great experience at Three Bears RV Park! We’ve been traveling for 6 months & have stayed at 20+ RV Parks. There have only been a handful that felt as warm and customer service centered as this park. The management js eager to help, always available when you need them, and welcoming!

Hubby and I stayed here for a week, July 2021. Briana (office manager), Stacy & Jeff (the do EVERYTHING guys) were absolutely amazing! It's obvious they love the RV Park and are working hard to improve and expand (adding new sites, etc). Briana worked hard to accommodate us for the days we needed. I will never forget her kindness. She treated us like family! The Park is conveniently located to the grocery store and shopping. It is super clean and well maintained. There are a few 'full-time' campers there, but their row is clean and not junky at all. Interior roads & sites are gravel, which makes it a bit dusty. But the laundry room ($2.00 wash, $2:00 dry) is clean and available 24/7. Never got the opportunity to go in the bathrooms, but I heard (from another camper) that they were very clean. Hubby and I don't choose a campground for the amenities. We choose it because of the location and the people we deal with over the phone. Stacy & Briana were amazing and worked hard to get us in during a busy month. Highly recommend this 'no frills', but well maintained park.
