Went through the drive thru and asked if they could still make the campfire cold brew. They said yes so I ordered it. I pull up to the window and can hear the baristas talking about how they “don’t remember” how to make it. Barista hands me the drink and I see it was made incorrectly. She did offer to remake it but only if I tasted it first. It was terrible, but I didn’t have time to sit through them making another drink so I just took it anyway. Couldn’t finish it. Took a few sips and threw it away. I felt like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear when I asked for clarification on how they made it. If you don’t know how to make a drink, just say it so I can order something else or go somewhere else. Thanks.
