First time customer and I used the biggest washer to wash my clothes and it was 6.50, which is a decent price. Then used other washer and there was a note on the door saying if you're using pods (compacted laundry soap) that you have to put them inside the washer. And all the bigger washer you ALWAYS put the soap in the top of the compartment. So I asked the lady working if the other washer I had just used was the same way, and she said yes. Well.... how was I or anyone else supposed to no that! There was about 10 bigger washer that had no note on there and only 3 that did! And you can't open it once it's closed. The lady who was not very pleasant, and didn't seem to have any costumer service skills said well hopefully they get clean without soap, and never offer to refund my money or nothing! I ended up having to wash them again. I recommend to go anywhere but this place!! WOW JUST SEEM SOME REVIEWS AND IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT METIONED THAT THE OLDER LADY THAT WORKS THERE IS RUDE AND SHOULD LEARN SO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, ALITTLE KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY!!!!!!😡

Just picked up my long peacoat and had 7 blazers done last week, really beautiful condition. Last year I had Imperial Cleaners do a 20 year old jacket that came out looking brand new. Really love their service, staff is super friendly and professional. ALL 7 blazers came out perfect, I highly recommend this drycleaner!

Staff is always super helpful! I bring my kids in most the time and it's nice having extra helping hands not only with any laundry questions but with my kids. It's a comfortable atmosphere and I enjoy going to do laundry there because of the great staff !
