False advertisement. Front sign says free flu and Covid vaccine. All false advertisement. Doesn’t even mention insurance.

Good in-store stock. Along with medicine o You can find daily needed items. The staffs are very cooperative and assist good while locking for medicine over the counter. There is big parking place in the location.

This location has. many loyal supporters. They have many tactics to maintain their lifestyle. For instance, if there is someone local in the neighborhood they don't like, they have someone stand outside under the guise of soliciting donations. Then when that person leaves, they leave. Also, there are many newly arrived people who get notified when a disliked person enters the shopping center. Then they proceed to walk in and warn the employees working at the time.

The worst CVS location and the worst customer service I’ve encountered at any store! I walked in and grabbed a few items from the entrance of the store. Before finishing my shopping, I noticed that people were not allowed to pay for their items unless they paid by “Self Checkout Registers.” There was an employee, an older tall overweight man, yelling ( to give instructions) at a female customer who needed help using the self checkout register. So rude! I never like using self checkouts since something always goes wrong then I need to find an employee to help me! Also, I don’t want people to lose their jobs! I noticed a few other people who were suddenly in line and that same CVS employee was still helping the same customer at the Self Checkout Line. I asked this same employee if the only option to pay is for customers to use the Self Checkout Register; he said yes! That’s ridiculous! I left my items in the basket at the store and left this Cupertino CVS. I always receive excellent service at my local CVS in Los Gatos. I just noticed that there are many bad one-star reviews for this Cupertino location as far as employees and pharmacy employees. Never coming to this Cupertino CVS!

I believe you can just walk in and ask. Their website has a $2 off coupon and says: Passport Photos are available in select CVS Pharmacy® locations for $14.99. Here's the link: https://www.cvs.com/photo/passport-photos I hope that helps. Have a great day.
Hi Irina, good question. I believe they do (i remember seeing them), but if you're short on time and need to make sure, it may be a good idea to call first.
