I have done business at this place for over ten years. As a single mom i took in my things here to pawn between paychecks. When i was paid i picked it up and repawned a few weeks later. They were ALWAYS honest, and fair. I asked about that one bad review. It simply is a lie. The owner cant defend it except his word. A word i have found to be completely true.
