very well maintained EXCEPT for the entrance and road within the park itself. the gravel washes away with every heavy rain we get and its a really rough spot. Don't let my review steer you away from your stay here though, they have showers and large restrooms on site, a laundry center, and storage and uhaul rental as well. it is also across the street from a gas station and easy and close access to kellyville, drumright and the turnpike to tulsa/jenks!

Huge, level concrete pads for campers. Clean laundry room with good machines. Manager is very polite and nice. Be aware, this isn't really an RV park, it's more trailer park for campers. About 90% are full time residence and people working locally.

The Internet doesn't work. Has shower/bathroom facility. Also laundry room. Location is super peaceful. Has a dog run, which is great. Very helpful manager and maintenance people. Has storage units right next to it with overflow extra parking. The overflow parking is free. I really love how nice everyone is and how super peaceful it is. Feels very safe.

Overall not bad. Brian is a great manager. People are okay. In a very convenient location. Has showers, laundry, WiFi, etc. Lived here over a year now. Very good place for a permanent person. Best bang for your buck with all that is available. Spots are a little tight and could of had grass...but overall good friendly place to stay.
