Came to the ihop around 1 am knowing that it would be short staffed due to the night shift but once seated , we were not acknowledged by our waiter, tried to flag her down NUMEROUS times and multiple tables were seated after us and got their drinks in before we did… once we finally were able to get her attention because they seated a new table and got them drinks that were right next to us , we got our waters after 20 minutes. We ordered once we received our waters at 1:20 am , Once it hit 2:10 we were ready to cancel our order and leave but our food finally came after almost an hour after the ordering.

My wife and I had an Amazing experience here. We went in around midnight -1am and ordered breakfast. We got seated immediately the man took our drink orders (wish I looked at his name tag) and when we were ready took our orders.. the people behind us were ready at the same time we were and we all got our food one after the other. The food was fresh and cooked Perfectly. We were Not disappointed like we usually are going to any other IHOP. This is Definitely our favorite one. The server was Super nice and attentive.

They were so understaffed. I think there was one guy doing it all. Thankfully that one guy was on his game. He was friendly, took an appropriate amount of time with us, got orders out quick, and was totally amazing at his job. Good was good as always. I didn't get his name but IHOP better hang on to him.

Granted we came in late 11:00pm. It took 15 minutes to get us seated. It took another 10 to get us ordered and 25 minutes for our food. I ordered the cowboy burger and rings. Onion rings were awesome sauce. The burger seemed really really small. My wife ordered a chicken friend steak breakfast meal. The hashbrowns were small and country fried steak didn't look to great. It looked flat and lifeless. Not an overall great experience. We won't be going back late anytime soon!
