Fine for the price compared to locations closer in to Tulsa. Clean, spacious rooms. No elevator though, making bringing in luggage a chore.

Positive: Comfortable beds, nice staff. Negative: Appears pretty much whole hotel under refurbishing construction. The bag breakfast was not very good. No lids for coffee cups. They could offer yogurt and fruit for breakfast too. And regular coffee cream. Appears cheap owner.

The room was a not spotless but it was clean enough (The floor needed attention). The staff was great. The motel shows some age but for $80 it's better than a lot of options.

We reserve our room in advanced and once we got there everything seemed nice but upon entry into the building it smelled of cigarette smoke and food being cooked. Our room looked ok once we entered but after looking closer the room was dirty nothing has wiped down, disinfected, or smelled clean. So we cleaned it up open the windows let it air out, which helped a little bit. It was really noisy at night people coming and going at all hours, people running down the hall ways at 3am, people smoking in the hallways which explains the smell as well as people living there and not to mention there was dogs barking in some of the rooms. We left the following day and we didn’t even ask for our refund we just left. Don’t recommend staying here, take the drive to Tulsa to find a room.
