Very attractive decor such as faux leather bed skirt and appealing hall carpet, wide and well lit carpeted stairwells, too. Staff at front desk was friendly and professional. My room ac was on when I arrived, making the temperature comfortable. On my way out I was greeted by staff thanking me for my stay, which seemed sincere. There is plenty of parking and six Tesla charging stations, making this a well designed user friendly property.

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed at short term for the money! The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The room was very clean, the only complaint I could find to make was our sink drain slowly. The breakfast looked really good even though I only had the cinnamon roll which was excellent! Don't waste your time looking somewhere else just stop here!

Great experience. Clean comfortable rooms. Modern fixtures, polite and professional staff. Top notch hot breakfast and a clean modern workout room. This place exemplifies all the things I expect from Holiday Inn express. Good job...

Sheesh... Where to begin? Last night I noticed the hot tub wasn't working and notified the front desk. Was told that it wasn't broken, to which I replied there were no bubbles or jets when you turn on the timer. They said, that's true but the water is hot. This morning I was greeted with an ice cold shower. Contacted the front desk and they said check in a few minutes we'll keep an eye on the pump. A half hour later, still no hot water so now the story is they ran out of hot water. I reported the broken hot tub again to this new staff member and was told sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. SMH. I'll update this review if things get better. Update: spoke with a younger woman with reddish-brown hair at the front desk at 5pm. She was very nice and assigned us a new room and this room has very hot water. Wish I would have been assigned (or even offered) another room earlier — but at least that issue is solved.
